Connecting IoT to the WiFi network is a very challenging task. Many parameters are needed to accomplish an easy and secure connection.
eduroam WiFi network is a widely spread WiFi network with a secure and simple connection, and at the same time, simple to manage for the organization which provides WiFi connectivities.
eduroam is based on 802.1x sets of network standards, and eduroam authentication supports different EAP types.

IoT devices differ from very small – using a simple network stack, to “large” one which uses the full network stack, and are able to utilise very complex authentication solutions.

Is it possible to connect all IoT to eduroam, if not what is and how ?
Did that break any rules ? Did system administrators do anything ?
