This talk will explore the history and current state of Maemo Leste, a FOSS GNU/Linux mobile phone operating system, which currently runs Mainline Linux on a handful of phones, including the Nokia N900, Motorola Droid 4, Motorola Bionic the Pinephone and various other Allwinner devices.
