Information is a key resource for any organization. Technological barriers in shaping the ways of its use inhibit the development of an organization, block its competitiveness and innovation. In such a situation, information resources become a burden and not a tool for development. The aim of the presentation is to present how Postgres helps in shaping the ways of using information avoiding unjustified or disproportionate barriers from the side of information technology being applied.
