Observability challenges in the era of AI

Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming our systems, introducing new observability challenges that traditional monitoring approaches struggle to address. This talk will dive into the complexities AI brings, such as understanding the behavior of models, tracing  AI pipelines, and detecting failures in AI-driven applications. We will then explore emerging trends in AI root cause analysis, highlighting components for identifying the underlying causes of AI performance degradation and failures. Finally, we will do an overview of key upstream efforts and components that Red Hat contributes to to address these observability challenges.
