May 17, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm

Speaker: Neven Biruški

If you ever needed to test security of Windows environments your first thought was to use a Windows machine to run native tools.
We are here to debunk that! As always with open source software, a lot of researchers and developers went beyond possible to reverse engineer and analyze how Windows work, and to build amazing, fully operable open source software that allows us to test security of Windows systems, but from our native platform: Linux.
In this presentation we will demonstrate amazing open source applications that are used both by good and bad guys. Heck, probably even Microsoft sometimes as they tend to work better than native Microsoft tools.
Learn how to achieve the coveted DABL (Domain Admin Before Lunch) achievement, enabling Linux users get the privileges they deserve.
